Where can I get the best price?

Typically, the most competitive rates are available directly through our website. Nonetheless, if you’re eligible for supplementary discounts through other channels (such as participation in a customer loyalty program), you might encounter better deals elsewhere. Please bear in mind that we are unable to match or beat these prices.

Do you offer breakfast?

At present, breakfast service is not available at our resort. However, guests can indulge in a diverse selection of food and beverages at our summer pool bar. Furthermore, within the vicinity of Klimno, there are several excellent restaurants to explore.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, pets are allowed. There is a pet fee of 15 EUR per night per pet.

Is it possible to book a specific apartment?

You can book only the apartment type. However, you can request a specific apartment when booking in the notes section. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Is there parking near the apartment?

One parking spot is available directly in front of the apartment for one car.

Is bed linen included in the apartments?

Bed linen is included in the apartments and can be changed upon request.

Are hotel towels included in the price?

Towels in the apartments are included in the price and can be changed upon request.

Does the price of accommodation include access to the wellness area?

Access to the sauna and Jacuzzi is included in the price. Upon arrival, please check the schedule and reserve your preferred time slot.

Is the wellness area and pool available throughout the entire year?

Yes, the wellness area and pool are available year-round.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Is it possible to enter a room prior to check-in (16:00)?

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is until 10:00. If you arrive at the hotel before 16:00, please check with the reception to see if your room is ready.

In case of a late arrival, can I check in after 20:00?

Yes, check-in is possible after 20:00. We offer an easy self-check-in option. Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival in advance so we can provide instructions.

What time do I have to check out?

Our check-out time is at 10 am. We understand that there may be occasions when you wish to sleep in or extend your stay in the apartment for important reasons. However, please note that our cleaning staff requires the full time window until the next check-in to thoroughly clean and maintain our apartments according to our standards.

How does check out work?

Please ensure that you vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Kindly leave the keys on the kitchen table before departing.

I forgot something in the apartment - what can I do?

If you’ve left something behind in the apartment, please contact us as soon as possible. If we locate the item you’re looking for, you can arrange an appointment with us to pick it up on-site. Alternatively, we can arrange to send it to you via post. Please note that a shipping and handling fee must be paid in advance.

ABOUT US and LOCATION

Is there a reception?

We have a traditional reception located on-site, which is open from 08:00 to 20:00 for check-in, check-outs, and information assistance.

Am I allowed to smoke in the apartments or by the pool?

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, pool area, wellness areas, and relaxation zone. Smoking is allowed on the apartment terrace and in the BBQ zone.

I'm missing something in my apartment.

We offer a standard set of products for the initial days of your stay, including hand soap, shampoo, a kitchen sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, bin bags, and coffee filters. Should you require additional or different consumer goods, we kindly request that you procure them yourself.

How often is my apartment cleaned?

For stays lasting at least 6 nights, weekly cleaning with a change of linen is provided at no extra cost. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional charge of 40 euros. To inquire about changing your cleaning date or to request additional towels and linen (subject to availability), please contact us directly.

Are there beaches nearby?

Yes, there are two beaches nearby, one is 300m away and the other is 400m away from the resort.

Are there any restaurants and shops nearby?

In the center of Klimno, there are a couple of restaurants and bar, as well as a bakery and a mini-market. The mini-market operates year-round for your convenience.
