A weekend break of Yoga on the Island of Krk will bring you complete relaxation of your body and mind, far away from stressful daily routine. Morning and evening yoga practice will awaken your senses, your body as well as your mind, and the breathing workshop, in which various breathing techniques are included, will help you deepen your breath. Breath is life and furthermore, breathing deeply prolongs our life since it allows our mind, body and spirit to relax.
We will work with our body and besides yoga and breathing techniques you will receive health guidance during autumn and winter time, according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
Furthermore, you will be informed about which food to eat for optimal immunity and health of our internal organs, how to massage acupuncture points, learn different exercises and healing sounds and receive an abundance of useful information and practical instructions.
On the Sunday workshop, you will also receive practical tips on how to activate your day - for a beautiful and successful day every day!

If you wish for accommodation (number of persons in the apartment),

The programme will be lead by Mojca Tavčar, yoga & biodanza & belly dance instructor at the Path of the Heart Society (Društvo Pot srca).
Accommodation and healthy meals will be provided by the staff at the
VSG Resort during the weekend break. We will take care of the goodwill
and the Universe will provide us the good weather ☺

Yoga Teacher
I have been working with the body for almost 19 years, when I started learning yoga and first enrolled in belly dancing class ... and that is how it all began. I was fascinated by the exercises that affect our psyche and soul through the body. Or rather, everything affects everything, because we are one and whole beings. After a couple of years, I started to teach belly dancing, and the students convinced me that I had decided to teach yoga as well. In the meantime, I enrolled in a Master of Psychology course with the subject Dance as a Therapeutic Tool. I researched the functioning and effect of biodanza - dance and movement with therapeutic effects. In the meantime, life has presented me with this wonderful exercise of personal growth, and I am grateful to life fot that. It changed my life. For the better. Much better! I enrolled in education and completed 3 things in 2016 and 2017 - a master's degree, education for a biodanza instructor, and further education for a yoga teacher. In the meantime, I have been diligently attending seminars and courses in Chinese metaphysics and qi gong, so I use this knowledge to my life and integrate it into my workouts so that I can offer the best to the best for the quality, relaxed, inspiring and full life. With the utmost zeal, I pass on my knowledge and experience in workouts and workshops. You are kindly invited to join me on my journey of exploration.
