Terms and conditions

Deposit and Final Payment
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. After we receive your booking request, you will get an invoice with the deposit amount, which can be paid into our bank account or charged from the credit/debit card provided in the booking request.

Final balance payment is due upon arrival payable in cash or by credit card.


Booking Confirmation
You will get an email confirmation of your booking after we have received your deposit.


Cancellation Policy
A client may cancel the booking by notifying VSG Resort by e-mail or phone. Applicable cancellation fees shall be determined with reference to the date on which the cancellation request was received, and are expressed hereinafter as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled stay:
(a) Cancellations received 40 days or more prior to the start of the tour: no cancellation fees will be charged.
(b) Cancellations received less than 40 days prior to the start of the tour: a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged.
