ÜBER UNSEREN STANDORT

Das Resort befindet sich in Klimno, einem charmanten Dorf auf der Insel Krk. Der nächste Naturstrand ist nur 200 Meter entfernt und bietet eine ruhige Umgebung, in der Sie die Schönheit der Natur genießen und dem beruhigenden Vogelgesang lauschen können. Ein wunderschöner Wanderweg entlang der Küste zur Nachbargemeinde Šilo (ca. 9 km) beginnt in der Nähe. Der berühmte Soline-Strand mit seinem heilenden Schlamm ist nur 3 km entfernt und zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Zentrum von Klimno gibt es einen kleinen Laden, mehrere Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bushaltestelle.

REGELN FÜR DEN GRUPPENAUFENTHALT

REGELN FÜR GRUPPENRESERVIERUNGEN (AB 3 APARTMENTS)

Um eine angenehme und respektvolle Atmosphäre für alle Gäste zu gewährleisten, gelten folgende Regeln für Gruppenreservierungen ab 3 Apartments bzw. mehr als 12 Personen:

Gruppenpauschale & Kaution
Bei Ankunft ist eine rückzahlbare Kaution von 100 € pro Apartment in bar zu hinterlegen.
Die Kaution wird beim Check-out zurückerstattet, sofern alle Gruppenregeln und allgemeinen Hausregeln eingehalten wurden.
Bei Sonderwünschen – wie der Organisation von Gruppenaktivitäten, Events oder Zusatzleistungen – wird eine Koordinationsgebühr von 5 % auf die Gesamtkosten der Unterkunft berechnet.

Gruppenregeln. Um Komfort, Sauberkeit und Ruhe in unserem Resort zu erhalten, bitten wir alle Gruppenmitglieder, Folgendes zu beachten:

Keine Partys oder laute Zusammenkünfte
Partys und laute Musik sind im VSG Resort strengstens untersagt. Die Nachtruhe beginnt um 22:00 Uhr und ist einzuhalten.

Kein Austausch von Inventar zwischen Apartments
Bitte bewegen Sie kein Geschirr, keine Gläser, Möbel oder andere Ausstattungsgegenstände zwischen den Apartments. Jede Einheit ist individuell ausgestattet und muss vollständig bleiben.

Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche
Essen und Trinken, das nicht im VSG Kitchen gekauft wurde, ist im Poolbereich nicht gestattet.
Whirlpool und Sauna sind auf maximal 4 Personen pro Sitzung begrenzt und müssen im Voraus reserviert werden.
Rauchen ist nur in den dafür vorgesehenen Bereichen erlaubt.
Kinder und Haustiere dürfen niemals unbeaufsichtigt gelassen werden.

Allgemeine Hausordnung
Alle Gruppenmitglieder müssen sich an die allgemeinen Regeln des Resorts halten – diese dienen der Sicherheit und dem angenehmen Aufenthalt aller Gäste.

Einbehalt der Kaution
Bitte beachten Sie: Wenn die Gruppenregeln nicht eingehalten werden, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, einen Teil oder die gesamte Kaution zur Deckung zusätzlicher Reinigungskosten, Schäden oder Störungen einzubehalten.

Nach der Ankunft der Gruppe muss jeder Apartmentgast die Gruppenreservierungsvereinbarung unterzeichnen und die Kaution von 100 € pro Apartment hinterlegen.

We are so satisfied with the experience. The resort is situated on Krk island in a calm and peaceful area just a short walk from the beach. The apartments are big and cosy. Imala sam prilike boraviti češće u VSG Resortu i privatno i poslovno i svaki puta sam se osjećala preporođenom. U Resortu su dostupni i sauna, bazen i jacuzzi te dvorana za sastanke, vježbanje, meditacije, radionice ili druženje i u blizini je i plaža te šetnjica. Vlasnici su vrlo susretljivi, veseli i simpatični, dostupni za pomoć i informacije. Vrlo ugodno mjesto koje bi svakom preporučila te ću se sigurno ponovo vraćati.
